Operation Underground Railroad is an organization that organizes and supports operation and aftercare efforts in 28 countries and 48 U.S. States. It is a privately run group so it is able to quickly respond to foreign government requests and investigative measures to develop plans and assist local law enforcement in operation and rescue missions.
